INCARICHI A DIRIGENTE COMUNE: QUOTIDIANO,SCOPELLITI INDAGATO GOVERNATORE RESPINGE ACCUSE E SI DICE ESTRANEO AI FATTI

(ANSA) - REGGIO CALABRIA, 11 MAR - Il Presidente della Regione Calabria, Giuseppe Scopelliti, e' indagato nella qualita' di ex Sindaco di Reggio Calabria, dalla Procura di Reggio per abuso d'ufficio nell'ambito dell'inchiesta sugli incarichi affidati alla dirigente comunale del settore Bilancio, Orsola Fallara, che si e' suicidata nei mesi scorsi. Lo scrive il Quotidiano della Calabria. Scopelliti, accompagnato dal suo legale, Nico D'Ascola, e' stato sentito per un paio d' ore dal Procuratore di Reggio Calabria Giuseppe Pignatone, dall'aggiunto Ottavio Sferlazza, che dirige le indagini sul caso Fallara, dai sostituti Francesco Tripodi e Sara Ombra. Al centro dell'indagine ci sono le somme che Orsola Fallara si sarebbe autoliquidata come rappresentante del Comune nella commissione tributaria. Dalla documentazione acquisita dalla Procura - riporta il Quotidiano - quegli incarichi non potevano essere affidati. Scopelliti ha respinto tutte le accuse, dicendosi estraneo ai fatti.
