ARRESTATO LATITANTE CALABRESE RICERCATO PER OMICIDIO

(ANSA) - PADOVA, 10 MAR - E' stato arrestato dalla Polizia di Padova un latitante calabrese 41enne ricercato dall'autorita' giudiziaria di Reggio Calabria per scontare 21 anni e 4 mesi di reclusione per omicidio, rapina e furto. L'arresto e' avvenuto durante una perquisizione. Gli uomini della Squadra mobile di Padova, in collaborazione con quella di Verona, impegnati in un'indagine nei confronti di due fratelli di origine calabrese, di cui uno latitante, hanno infatti perquisito un'abitazione nel veronese. Qui e' stato rintracciato il latitante che, nella circostanza, si era spacciato per il fratello del proprietario della casa, esibendo una patente di guida la cui foto ha destato sospetti. Una volta scoperto l'inganno, i due fratelli hanno reagito opponendosi agli agenti tentando di fuggire, ma sono stati bloccati. I due sono stati denunciati all'autorit… giudiziaria. La conferma che si trattava del ricercato Š venuta poi dal riscontro Afis cui lo stesso Š stato sottoposto. La perquisizione, estesa presso l'abitazione materna dei due fratelli, ha consentito poi di rinvenire e porre sotto sequestro una pistola tipo scacciacani priva di tappo rosso e numerose sim card.
